patterns is very simple! When you find a
pattern you want, simply click on the "Add to
Cart" button next to that pattern. After
you are finished shopping, click on the "View
Cart" button to purchase the pattern(s).
RECEIVING YOUR PATTERN(S)
You will receive a
download link within a few minutes after
payment. If you
are paying by eCheck, your pattern will be
emailed to you as soon as your check clears the
bank. This can take up to 4 business days.
All
patterns are in Adobe Acrobat and you will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your pattern(s). You can download
Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds are
given on patterns. Our patterns do come
with our "No-Error Policy". This policy
states that if you find an error in the pattern
instructions (not typos), your next Erin Olivia
Designs pattern is on us. All you have to
do is
contact us and
give us the error. We will verify the
error and email you the requested free pattern.
COPYRIGHT
All of Erin Olivia
Designs patterns are copyrighted and not to be
copied, shared, distributed, or sold. Each
pattern will tell you whether or not the
finished product can be sold in small
quantities. Please read our
copyright
information
and
purchaser
agreement.
PAYPAL VERIFIED
We
are PayPal Verified and have been using PayPal
since 2004. You do
not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.
Please Note: Our shopping cart is titled
